Come, Touch Whoever You Are

Come, Touch Whoever You Are is a performance piece that involves interaction with my grandmother’s headscarves. The participants are asked to touch my hands and move freely until they feel that they need to leave the interaction. Through the sense of touch and instinctual movement, the work explores ways of communication between humans and materials as well as within one’s self.
